"Took a bit, but it got here fine"
I was a little impatient and kept thinking, “Where is it already?” since the shipping took longer than I expected. But it did arrive safely, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Decent prices, but nothing special"
I got my lenses without any problems, so no complaints there. The packaging was fine too, though I opened it at my kitchen table while making coffee and almost tossed the little invoice by accident. Price-wise, it felt a bit higher than I expected for what it was. Not outrageous, just not exactly a great deal either.

I’m particular about accessories fitting properly, and this one fits my Quest headset just fine. Nothing fancy, but it does what I needed it to do and works okay for regular use

"prescription felt off and things were blurry"
i got my glasses and the prescription just didn’t feel quite right. i checked my order again to make sure i hadn’t made a mistake, but reading was still blurry and distance didn’t look that clear either. maybe it was just my pair, but i was expecting better. customer service did get back to me, though it took a few messages back and forth. not the worst experience, but they’re not clear enough for me to use every day.

"Couldn’t Even Get It Installed"
I couldn’t even get this thing installed. The setup process was a mess from the start, and after dealing with all the issues, I lost trust in the product before I ever got to use it.

"The lenses themselves are fine, but the coating..."
The lenses themselves are fine, but the coating didn’t hold up well for me. It scratched quickly and seems to pick up smudges all the time. I’m careful with my glasses, so it makes me a bit hesitant to rely on these long-term

"Pretty smooth overall, just a slow email"
I placed an order and the whole process was really easy. The only small thing was that the confirmation email took a little longer to show up than I expected. If that’s how it usually goes, I’d say ordering is simple, but you might need to be a bit patient waiting for the email.
